A group of players from Hoppers Crossing Soccer Club are having a #charity match at Grange Reserve on Dec 5th 2015 at 5.00pm with the aim of raising funds for Jay Lawless and his family.
Jay Lawless is fighting for his life as he battles with Ocular Melanoma. For those not aware Ocular Melanoma is cancer of the eye.
After trying many treatments to remove the cancer they not only failed but the cancer has spread through his body, being unable to work the family is struggling.
For Jay, his wife and their two children we would like to raise some money for them to enjoy precious time together.
